Marleen Evertsz has devoted herself to various management positions at Optiver, a global proprietary trading firm in a fast growing business environment. As the Managing Director of the US office Marleen was end responsible for 150 FTE and has proven herself as a strong leader with broad financial, operations and risk management expertise in the financial services industry. Marleen is valued for being critical and open-minded, is talented in building up technological based operations and is accomplished in leading large scale, high profile projects.

Kasper Luursema is a passionate entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in building online business. He has broad experience in leading teams in the creation of innovative web initiatives and online strategies for leading international companies. Kasper has a proven ability for recognizing and translating trends and new business opportunities into profitable business models; whether it be new markets, brands, services or strategies, he enjoys being out there on the frontier where value is created.

Hans Verkoren has been involved in the Post Office Giro System (Postgiro), the National Postal Savings Bank (Rijkspostspaarbank) and the Amsterdam Municipal Giro System (Amsterdamse gemeentegiro) since 1972. During the merger into the Postbank in 1986, he became a member of the Board of Directors, responsible for innovations such as PIN number use, online banking and discount broking. After the merger with the NMB Bank in 1989 and later with Nationale Nederlanden into ING, he was responsible for Postbank retail banking as a member of the Board of Directors. In 1995 he went to work for ING’s international division, where he was responsible for retail banking outside of the Netherlands and especially for the development of the successful Internet bank ING Direct in 9 countries. In 2004 he became a member of the Board of Directors of the ING Group; after he retired at the end of 2006 he remained Chairman of the Board of ING Direct Germany and France. 

Piet Klaver held various positions at SHV Holdings N.V. in various countries for 30 years, including CEO between 1998-2006, and is now Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He is also the chairman of a number of other supervisory boards, including Post NL, and he is a member of the Supervisory Board of the ING Group. In addition to being an advisor for a number of family-run companies, Piet Klaver invests in various businesses and is a farmer in the far north of the Province of North Holland.
