In what stage of the process is your order?

After you place an order GoldRepublic you can monitor its status in the ‘Order overview’. You can view a description of the order states here.

Open
Your order has been successfully placed at GoldRepublic but not yet completed. The order will remain Open until either: GoldRepublic executes your order; You cancel it, or It expires

Pending
GoldRepublic is working your order. Generally this will only take a few minutes. The order is Pending until GoldRepublic executes your order. If GoldRepublic doesn’t execute your order, the order status goes back to ‘Open’. 

Realized
GoldRepublic has executed your order. Your gold is in Transport and is not delivered to you yet. Generally this happens at the end of the day when the order is completed.

Processed
Your order has been executed and your Gold or Silver has physically been delivered in the vault. The resulting balance of precious metal shall represent the total amount of precious metal owned by you that is held in the safe. GoldRepublic shall instruct G4S, in its capacity as custodian, as to what must be stored for you.

Cancelled
You have manually cancelled your order or your order has been cancelled by GoldRepublic due to the fact that the order (i) was older than two weeks or (ii) your limit selling price was 10% or more higher than the bid price or your limit buying price was 10% or more lower than the offer price or the price at which the market order would be executed differs 10% or more from the bid or offer price of the precious metal at the time on which your market order was received by GoldRepublic (irrespective whether the order is received on a business day or on another day).

How can you see your trading history?

In your ‘Order overview’ you can see your trading history. It shows you the orders you tried to do, what you actually did, and what you are still trying to do.

Also try looking at your ‘Account statement’. GoldRepublic account statements include your deposits, your withdrawals.
