Referring contacts is easy: invite your contacts using the referral form in your (validated)account. When your referral opens an account using the invite link you can track the status of you referral's account on this page. Receive your free gram of gold when the account of you referrer is validated.
Terms and conditions referral program.
1. The GoldRepublic Referral Program (the "Referral Program") is open to all existing GoldRepublic clients (validated accountholders) from 9 June 2011 to 30 june 2012 (inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. Existing GoldRepublic clients who (a) refer contacts via the referral form on the GoldRepublic 's website and (b) act in accordance with these terms and conditions are eligible to participate in the Referral Program.
3. GoldRepublic clients younger than 18 are excluded from the Referral Program.
4. The referral is considered successful when (a) the referee opens an account and submits online validation request by GoldRepublic between 9 June 2011 and 30 June 2012, (b) the referred application is validated by GoldRepublic no later than 15 July 2012.
5. Only referrers with GoldRepublic accounts that are maintained in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by GoldRepublic in its sole discretion over the Promotion Period and at the time of fulfillment will be eligible for the free gram of gold. In the event that the account is closed or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever before the time of fulfillment, GoldRepublic reserves the right to forfeit the eligibility of the account at its sole discretion and the relevant accountholder shall not be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
6. The free gram of gold will be added to the eligible Accountholders GoldRepublic account within 30 days after GoldRepublic determines at its absolute discretion that the criteria under this Referral Program have been met.
7. There is no restriction to the number of referrals as long as all applications submitted fulfill the terms and conditions of this Referral Program.
8. If more than one referrer refers the same contact and a GoldRepublic account is subsequently approved, the first referrer who submits the online referral form (based on GoldRepublic 's records) will be entitled to the free gram of gold.
9. Regardless of the number of GoldRepublic accounts applied for by the referee, the referrer will only be deemed as having made one successful referral.
10. Referrers will not be entitled to receive the free gram of gold if the referee is:- 1. an existing GoldRepublic account holder; 2. a person who has closed off his/her GoldRepublic account within the last twelve months. 3. a person is younger than 18 years
11. The free gram of gold is not refundable for silver or other GoldRepublic products.
12. GoldRepublic employees, its subsidiaries and affiliated agencies will not be eligible for this Referral Program. In addition, GoldRepublic has the right to exclude anyone from this Referral Program in its absolute discretion without any obligation to provide notice or reason.
13. GoldRepublic's decision on all matters relating to this Referral Program, including without limitation on the time of receipt of the referral and application forms by GoldRepublic is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
14. GoldRepublic reserves the right in its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions of this Referral Program, change or withdraw the Referral Program, at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. In case of any dispute, GoldRepublic’s decision is final.
