Transaction fees are calculated over the value of the bullion in your order.

Value Added Tax

Physical gold is exempt from V.A.T. Physical silver stored in the customs entrepots in Zurich and Frankfurt is subject to 0% V.A.T. Read more about V.A.T.-Free silver.

Handling Costs

When purchasing V.A.T.-free silver, handling costs are applied to cover customs clearing charges for storage in Frankfurt or Zurich. These do not apply when selling V.A.T.-free silver. Read more about handling costs.

Storage Fees

Storage fees are charged for the storage and insurance of your bullion. The fees are calculated on daily basis and charged on a quarterly basis. Read more about storage costs.

(p/m = per month, p/a = per annum, storage fees do not include V.A.T.)

Reservation Costs

You can choose to have a specific bar registered to you by reserving it. For reserving a bar a one-time charge is applied. Read more about reserving bars.

The costs for reserving bars are € 150.00 per bar (excl. V.A.T.).

Physical Delivery of your Bullion

You can choose to have your stored bullion delivered to you. The bullion can be delivered in differing bar sizes.

The following charges apply for physical deliveries:

1. Delivery costs: 1%
2. Production costs: download PDF
3. Transportation costs - these will be quoted when you request a physical delivery
