Foundation SBDG

So that you can be sure of the security of your holdings at all times, even in the event of GoldRepublic experiencing financial difficulties, the cash deposit you use for your transactions with GoldRepublic is not actually housed with GoldRepublic itself, but with Stichting Beheer Derdengelden GoldRepublic (SBDG) – in English, “GoldRepublic Third-Party Funds Management Foundation” – which holds your funds at arm’s length from GoldRepublic.

We guarantee that money in your cash deposit account shall only be used by SBDG for:

1. Payment for purchases of precious metals in accordance with your instructions

2. Payment to GoldRepublic of the costs and fees incurred for the services provided to you by GoldRepublic and/or SBDG (including payment of any costs and fees incurred after the sale by GoldRepublic of precious metals belonging to you in the event that you have a zero or insufficient balance in your cash deposit account)

3. Repayment into your contra account
